Vegetable Curry #2

This curry variation is vegetarian tested, omnivore approved! It doesn’t involve much chopping and dicing, and only two saucepans, which I like. It’s a good way to use up frozen vegetables, too! The raisins add a nice touch of sweetness to balance out the medium spices of the curry sauce.
