This is so rich, it’s hard to believe it’s mostly fruit!
- Avocado and banana mousse from foodbycamilla
- Sliced strawberries
- 4 full squares of cinnamon graham crackers
- Homemade Whipped Cream
- Handful of chopped almonds
I substituted whipping cream for the almond milk since I didn’t have any, and the mousse still came out great. (Though I did forget to add the second banana to the blender. Whoops. Distracted by taste testing!) Chill mousse in freezer for about an hour so that it’s very cold, but not frozen. Crumble graham crackers into small pieces (great activity for a toddler-aged helper 🙂 ).
Layer graham crackers, strawberries, mousse, and whipped cream until glass is full; top with chopped almonds and enjoy!
