Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Banana Smoothie

Great source of calcium, protein, Vitamin C, Omega 3’s, B vitamins, and fiber!

Serving size: 1
* 1 single serve container of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
* 1-2 frozen bananas, in chunks
* 1-2 oranges
* Generous pour of vanilla soy milk (1/2 cup?) to taste
* 2-3 T. ground flaxseed (whole flaxseeds will not blend and will result in a gritty tasting smoothie, ground flaxseed you can’t even taste!)

Blend until smooth and enjoy right away!
